Metro Detroiters Collaborate to Create Holiday Charity Fashion Show Called Beauty + Benevolence

 

Sunday, November 10, The Lipstick Journey: Founded by Anna Warner-Mayes, cancer survivor
who is currently battling cancer will bring together a giving community in support of Karmanos and Twist Out Cancer. The event will begin at 1:00 p.m. at Eightfold Collective / Gathering Coffee Detroit.

Guests in attendance will enjoy a fashion show hosted by Emma Seidel, Miss Wayne County, shop the looks at the marketplace and mingle after enjoying a delicious lunch provided by local chefs.

A portion of the proceeds from each purchase of The Lipstick Journey is donated to helping cancer patients and survivors. Nicole Jarecz will also be presenting VIP fashion illustrations during the event. Nicole creates feminine pieces that are made with graphite, watercolor, ink, charcoal and colored pencil. Fashion looks for the show will be provided by Ferne Detroit, Genusee, Anuja Tolia, Mesh Detroit, hair and makeup by Primp Me Up, makeup by The Lipstick Journey and WingMe Cosmetics.

The following tickets are available:

VIP: $75  – provides custom fashion portraits by Nicole Jarecz & reserved seating.

GENERAL ADMISSION: $45
