Rags $2 Riches 7th Annual Thrifted Fashion Show/Gala   Get ready for a night of thrifted fashion, Detroit flare and divine elegance on February 23, 2025.  The fashion collective group, Rags $2 Riches Detroit will be presenting its highly anticipated 7th Annual Thrifted Fashion Show/Gala from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at The Norwood.   The
